Position Overview

Treasury Prime is building a sales team to target fintechs and traditional platform companies building financial products. Apply for this role if you want to be an early member and shape the growth, direction, and culture of the sales team. You'll have executive exposure at Treasury Prime, build the processes to nurture inbound and outbound sales opportunities, learn about new business models from our fintech clients and how to build a company directly from a team of serial entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop inbound and outbound sales strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for high growth fintech companies
  • Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth fintech companies
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at potential fintech clients
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Engage with product and engineering teams to help drive product strategy

Key Skills

  • Previous sales experience, preferably selling a technical product
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Strong presentation skills, for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
