Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with our banking and fintech partners. This is a great opportunity to have a huge impact on building a team and company culture from the earliest stages.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic relationships with customers
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Treasury Prime's products to help customers grow their KPIs/KSIs
  • Lead, navigate and advocate for your customer throughout their Treasury Prime journey
  • Be the voice of the customer in our product planning and development process
  • Bring banking and fintech partners together; cultivating the trilateral relationship
