How-To Navigate the Treasury Prime Console
The Console is your key information center within PrimeOS. As new features are added to the interface, we wanted to showcase some of the changes, to ensure you get the most from current and future enhancements.
Check Deposits/RDC
A new check deposit tab in The Console. You will be able to see all checks deposited via Remote Deposit. Navigate to this view by clicking the “Payments” tab and selecting “Check Deposit.” By clicking on any of the available transactions, you will be able to see the details of those transactions.
How to Enable:
This is automatically enabled for all orgs with Check Deposits enabled and using The Console.
FBO Table View
This view is only available to Banks. In one view, a new view shows the FBO and the associated on-core accounts linked to it. Navigate to this view by clicking the “Accounts” tab and selecting “FBOs.” From there, you can select any of the FBOs displayed to have a complete overview of the FBO account.
How to Enable:
For Banks ONLY, this is automatically enabled in The Console.
Incoming ACH view
In The Console, you have a dedicated view for Incoming ACHs in real-time. Navigate to this view by clicking the “Payments” tab and selecting “ACHs”. From there, you will need to select the “Incoming ACH” tab. By clicking on any of the available transactions, you will be able to see the details of those transactions.
How to Enable:
This is automatically enabled for all orgs using The Console.
Incoming Wire View
In The Console, you have a dedicated view for Incoming Wires in real-time. Navigate to this view by clicking the “Payments” tab and selecting “Wire.” From there, you will need to select the “Incoming Wire” tab. By clicking on any of the available transactions, you will be able to see the details of those transactions.
How to Enable:
This is automatically enabled for all orgs using The Console.
